Introducing Moorland Decorators, a business based in Northumberland specialising in domestic and commercial painting and decorating services.

About the Project

Client approached us with the goal of establishing a cohesive brand identity and comprehensive social media guidelines for his local painting and decorating business. Our mission was twofold:

First, we aimed to define the brand’s tone of voice—a critical element that would not only communicate the values, personality, and professionalism of the business but also resonate with the target audience. This tone of voice would serve as the foundation for all brand communications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Second, we sought to develop a strong visual identity that complements the defined tone of voice.

By achieving these objectives, we intended to equip our client with the tools necessary to effectively position his business in a competitive industry, attract new clients, and build lasting relationships through a consistent and authentic brand experience.
